World Cruising Done in Luxury and Style

As far as world cruising is concerned, Royals Caribbean’s new cruise liner "Oasis of the Sea" has definitely made a statement toward their commitment to grandeur and style.

Later next year Royal Caribbean Cruise Line will unfold its new cruise liner Oasis of the Sea. This gigantic ship is equipped to carry over 5000 passengers and weighs in over 200,000 tons.

New sophisticated designs of the contemporary lofts boast spacious settings and freshly inspired ocean themes. Royal is introducing the concept of neighborhoods to connect passengers and allow them to seek out cruising experiences of their own choosing.

An amphitheatre, first one ever at sea, named the Aqua Theatre features the largest fresh water pool on an upscale world cruise ship. The amphitheatre promises to be a center of activity as guests can enjoy many programs that will be taking place there. It will be a pool by day but will host performances at night with a 600 seat capacity. Example day activities include swimming, sunbathing and scuba lessons.

A new feature of world cruising will be the Oasis Central Park; an actual park which is over 15,000sq.ft of grass, shrubs and plants. Guests can walk along the park, enjoy the sunshine or visit some of the shops and restaurants both surrounding and in the park.

Central Park will be naturally lighted from the sun and also open to the elements above through the crystal canopy sculptured glass dome. Nine decks up if you are brave enough you can speed along more than 82 feet on a zip-wire across the open-air atrium.

With the introduction of the term neighborhoods to describe the various sections of the luxury world cruise ship can the Boardwalk. This neighborhood is a breathtaking space for passengers who want to stay and be inspired by nostalgic scenes of the old seaside piers. The seaside Boardwalk also has two rock-climbing walls, shops, diners, a psychic reader and a tattoo parlor.

World cruising on the Boardwalk will come complete with carnival games and the first hand-crafted carousel at sea. Inspired by some of the older boardwalks such as Coney Island the Boardwalk will provide a lot of fun and entertainment of the whole family.

The Royal Promenade will be arrayed with a host of shopping, dining and entertainment options for passengers. The promenade will also feature Champagne, coffee and Latin bars. World cruising guests can choose from 18 rooms that will be available with views of the beautiful Royal Promenade.

World cruising never came with so many options for passengers. The Oasis of the Sea will have available over 300 rooms with the Central Park view. Over 200 of them will also be available with balconies.

One unique feature of the Oasis is the Rising Tide Bar; which will traverse three decks and allow cruisers to enjoy a cocktail as they slowly ascend into the Central Park attract A focal point during the traverse will be a giant copper globe sculpture built into the face above the Atlas bar will provide guests with a spectacular show.

The Oasis has state of the art spa services available for world cruising passengers including thermal and beauty treatments. The spa has over 150 fitness machines available for guests. Exercise classes including Pilates, yoga and kickboxing are also scheduled throughout the day. Passengers can indulge in facials, massages or complete hair care services.
